To help us serve you well from the very beginning, we ask all new home clients to complete the questionnaire below before scheduling an introductory call.
Why We Ask You to Complete This Questionnaire
Every home build is unique, especially in the NC mountains. Site conditions like slope, access, utilities, wind exposure, and rock can significantly impact both timeline and cost.
This questionnaire helps us understand:
your overall goals and vision
your desired size, layout, and features
your site conditions and location
your general budget range
your timeline and next steps
The more detail you’re able to provide, the more accurate and helpful we can be as we begin the estimating process.
What Happens After You Submit It
Once we receive your questionnaire, we will:
Review your responses
Reach out to schedule an introductory call
Provide a preliminary ballpark estimate range based on the information provided
If the project feels like a strong fit, we will then discuss moving into Due Diligence, where we begin subcontractor bidding and refine the estimate into a detailed cost-plus budget.
